Accord Stone is reimagining what a Blended Irish Whiskey can be. Each blend is crafted for depth, balance, and structure through a flavor-first approach that honors taste and texture above age statements and convention. Our initial expression is Sherry Barrel meets Bourbon Barrel.
Pouring into a glass unleashes aromas of sticky toffee pudding, maple syrup and honey.
On the palate this rich and lushly textured whiskey offers notes of dark chocolate hazelnuts, salted caramel, cigar tobacco, and bourbon-soaked apples.
