what is an accord stone?

Centuries ago, the Celts placed holed standing stones, known as Accord Stones, on common ground. It’s where people of all walks of life, men and women, peasants and kings would reach through the stone to shake hands and seal an agreement. A deal made on trust, faith, and honor.

Most of those stones have been lost to time. A few still stand, quiet reminders of connection and integrity.

Inspired by that tradition, The Accord Stone Irish Whiskey is crafted for the moments that bring people together. Our blends are bold and memorable, meant to be shared. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just what’s in the glass that matters, it’s who you’re sharing it with, and why you poured it.

The Stones Still Standing

Across Ireland, a few Accord Stones still remain, silent witnesses to centuries of trust, unity, and human connection.
